Q. What is the lead time once I place my order?

The lead time depends on the product and quantities ordered. It is calculated from receipt of deposit & approved artwork. Days are work days. We can’t start the project until the deposit has been received.        

All artwork must be print ready. Artwork must be in an editable pdf format or CorelDraw Curves. Bitmaps must be CMYK. Solid black C50 K100. Fountain fills, textures, lenses, Power clips must all be converted to CMYK bitmaps. Images to be saved at 500dpi. We accept files in PC format (not mac).An extra charge of R200 could be levied to amend artwork as per Client’s written instruction. If you are unsure if your artwork is suitable for print, please forward it to mary@fordreds.co.za  and we will confirm if it can be used or not.            

 Yes, we can design the artwork. There is a flat rate for this. Contact our designer to discuss your ideas, colour schemes, fonts etc. In most instances two design options will be provided. Once a draft has been selected this will be tweaked until customer satisfaction has been achieved. A new logo R450. To redraw an existing logo R150. To design business cards, flyers, banners, licence disks, stickers, posters - R150. Items that could require more than one graphic, such as a variety of button badges or stickers, a price will depend on the number and type of graphics required but a minimum charge will apply.

 Q. Is there a standard layout required?               

Our payment terms are 50% - 100% deposit with the balance prior to collection/delivery. Proof  of payment must be emailed to mary@fordreds.co.za. A successful payment is required before your printing job is processed. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Cash payments on mutual agreement.

We charge R100 within a 40km range from the centre of Johannesburg.  Courier service available from R95
